I will follow up with Asbury concerning the WSCL concert to see if their date is firm, or if we might be able to use the facility for our Grand March. Other locales to check: JMB auditorium, St. Francis, outdoors at SU with a backup plan for rain.
2. Senior shirts will arrive on Friday and will be available for pick up on Monday, Nov. 22. We presold 50 shirts and placed an order for 65 shirts, meaning that we have 15 extra to sell. Seniors will also be able to see the hoodies at the Spirit Cart. Additional orders may be placed. Shirts are $10; hoodies are $25. I will contact Mr. Raizen to post a link on the school website with order information.
3. After Prom discussion was not held due to the absence of some committee members.
4. Ticket price for prom: $25 per couple; $15 single
5. Budget can not be developed yet. Waiting for the return of Mrs. Banks.
6. Senior Gift: Katelyn DeFiore will contact CTE concerning engraving for a bench for the Memorial Garden. Mrs. Carpenter will get the master plan for the garden so that we may work within that plan with additional purchases.
7. Mr. and Mrs. Webster volunteered to lead the Clean up Committee for prom.
8. Discussion about a senior class trip on a Saturday to New York. Trip would include seeing a Broadway show: Jersey Boys, Billy Eliot or Rain.
9. The senior officers have developed a questionnaire for seniors. This will be given to Mr. Bennett for mass e-mailing through the senior e-mail at school. Items on the list are class colors, song, etc. as well as After Prom Party and the proposed senior class trip. 10. Next meeting: Monday, Jan. 10 at 7:00 in the CLGA
